Actual Salary £16,145 – £16,467 per annum 

Trinity Academy Halifax is the flagship school in Trinity Multi-Academy Trust. It opened in 2010 and since then has secured two Ofsted ‘outstanding’ judgements. The academy has a relentless focus on developing and being the very best we can be for the students in our care.

We are now looking for an Administrator to join our busy and friendly Administration Team; the main purpose of the role is to provide a professional, efficient and effective administration service for staff across the academy. The role will entail a range of duties that contribute to a successful support service.   

Excellent administration and communication skills are essential, as is flexibility and the ability to prioritise.  You must be able to provide high quality customer service, maintain accurate records and have experience of managing databases. You will be working within a forward-thinking team that includes senior school leaders and educationalists and you will be fully committed to improving education standards.

Salary: Scale 3 (points 5-6)
Hours: 37 Hours Per Week – Term Time Only plus 5 Days
