The Trinity MAT leads on two high-profile initiatives, The White Rose Maths Hub and the Trinity Teaching School Alliance. A short summary and links to the relevant dedicated websites can be found below. Both of these initiatives are key ways that we support all schools to develop outstanding practice.
The White Rose Maths Hub is one of 35 Government funded Maths Hubs, created to address some of the key issues in maths and provide localised support and opportunities for the sharing of good practice. The White Rose Maths Hub has a national platform, due to a number of high-profile initiatives including the free schemes of learning and assessments to support schools to teach for mastery, with over 15,000 schools across the UK benefitting from these. The hub also offers a range of low-cost and free training and events, along with school-to-school maths support.

Trinity Academy, the MAT’s outstanding flagship school, is the lead school in the Trinity Teaching School Alliance. The TTSA works collaboratively with schools and partners across the region to support them on their journey to outstanding, including through national conferences, CPD and school-to-school support. Our School Direct offer is one of the largest in the region, with placements in partner primary and secondary schools available across Yorkshire and the Humber.
