Trinity Academy Grammar is an ambitious and inclusive 11-16 school that, for the first time in the school’s history, is over-subscribed with over 1,000 students on roll; having grown this number from 650 when we first started since becoming part of the Trinity Multi-Academy Trust.

Since then, Trinity Academy Grammar has had a plethora of successes.  In February 2023 Ofsted graded the academy as good with outstanding features in leadership and personal development.  This followed being awarded the World Class School mark in 2021.  These transformational changes mean that it is an exciting time to join the academy, we are incredibly proud of our successes, and we are looking for the best people to work alongside our already committed team to continue our journey.

The school is committed to providing an outstanding education for its students and is guided by the core values of Empathy, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility, which permeate every aspect of school life.

All of these fantastic and exciting initiatives require the expertise and commitment of dedicated staff and Trinity Academy Grammar now wishes to appoint a Careers and Trips Lead to join our large support team.

This varied role will see the successful candidate undertaking a range of fulfilling responsibilities including:

  • To support the Senior Leadership Group in ensuring students at the academy receive high-quality, targeted post-16 and careers guidance and support.

  • Lead on the co-ordination and administration of school based events and external trips.

  • Ability to forge strong and positive relationships with students to motivate and inspire
  • Experience of working with and managing a wide range of stakeholders

We have a strong track record in helping our employees with their career development, and we would be keen to support the successful candidate in obtaining the level 6 qualification in career guidance and development.

Our vision is to be the most transformational academy in England.  If you would like to be part of our journey, we look forward to hearing from you.
