Trinity Academy Halifax 

Data Administrator  

Scale 4 (points: 7 – 11) 

37 hours per week – Term Time Only plus 10 days
(Actual salary – £18,012 – £19,496 per annum)

An opportunity exists for an administrator to join our team, to provide admin support with a focus on data.  You will provide a professional, efficient and effective service and deliver a high-quality administrative/clerical service for teaching colleagues and associate staff. 

What we need? 

  • 4 or more GCSEs at Grade C (or equivalent) including Maths and English 
  • Experience in a similar office, administrative and/or data analysis role 
  • Excellent IT skills 
  • A team player with the ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadline
