37 hours per week – Term Time Only plus 5 days
Scale 5 (points 12-17)
Actual salary – £19225 – £21225 per annum

We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Science Technician to join the Science department. The main duties of this role will include; to supervise other Technicians to help provide a safe working environment within the Science faculty. Leading others in the preparation of materials for lessons; and in cleaning and maintenance of equipment; stock control; general administration tasks.
What we require:
- 5 GCSE’s or more, including English, Maths and a Science.
- Experience of working in a similar role (paid or unpaid)
- Knowledge of the equipment used in Science.
- An understanding of the safety within a classroom, along with the knowledge of health and safety processes and procedures.
