This is an exciting time to join our new secondary school, Trinity Academy Leeds, as it continues to grow and develop.  Trinity Academy Leeds opened its doors in September 2021 to students from across the city and has already established a strong culture of excellence where all staff are united under the same shared mission, to enrich and strengthen the life choices and chances of the young people in east Leeds and beyond.

We are now looking for a HR Administrator to join the Team.  This is a brand-new role for our growing school, and working in close collaboration and with full support from the trust central HR service, you will provide a dedicated HR service that supports the full employee life cycle. 

What we need? 

  • 4 or more GCSEs at Grade 5/C or above (or equivalent) including English  
  • and Maths 
  • Evidence of experience in a similar, office or administration role 
  • Excellent communicator 
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage own workload, prioritise and meet deadlines
