Become a Governor

Make a lasting difference in our schools.

Make a lasting difference

At Trinity, governance matters.

School governors play an important role in helping our schools thrive. Working alongside Principals and Trust leaders, they bring experience, fresh perspectives and constructive challenge to the decisions that shape each academy.

They ask the right questions, support leaders and help shape the future of their school — keeping the needs of pupils and communities at the heart of decision-making.

Every school context is unique, and so is every governing body.

Joining a Local Governing Body is an opportunity to use your professional and life experience to make a meaningful contribution, while developing your own knowledge and meeting people from across the Trust.

You’ll be supported throughout, with a structured induction, training and guidance from the Trinity team.
