Our Trust Excellence Plan sets out the priorities shaping Trinity’s next chapter — strengthening our schools, developing our people and growing in a way that keeps quality and impact at the centre.
Trinity has grown and continues to evolve, but our purpose and vision remain unchanged: to make a positive difference to the lives of as many young people as possible.
Our Trust Excellence Plan turns that purpose into a clear direction for the years ahead. It sets out our priorities, the work needed to deliver them and how we will understand the difference we are making.
At the heart of the plan is our Strategy On A Page (SOAP), bringing our strategic priorities and the activity that supports them together in one clear framework. It helps colleagues across Trinity understand where we are heading and how their work contributes to the bigger picture.
Delivering the plan is a shared responsibility. Across our schools, central teams and wider organisations, everyone has a part to play in turning strategy into action — and action into a difference that can be seen and felt by our pupils, colleagues and communities.
