Become a Trinity School

What makes your school special stays at its heart.

A Trust built around schools, people and communities.

We’re a forward-thinking education trust committed to transforming the lives of young people through exceptional teaching, strong leadership, and a values-driven ethos.

With a growing family of schools, including primary, secondary, post-16, and specialist provisions, operating across five local authorities. We are dedicated to delivering outstanding educational experiences that equip students with the knowledge, skills, and character needed for success.

Rooted in collaboration and innovation, we continually strive for excellence, ensuring every student in our care has the opportunity to thrive.

STRONGER TOGETHER

Why join Trinity?

Joining Trinity means becoming part of a wider family of schools: sharing expertise, creating new opportunities for pupils and colleagues, and having specialist support around you when you need it.

What being part of Trinity adds.

A Trust should make a practical difference to its schools.

That means more expertise to draw on. More opportunities to collaborate. Greater capacity around school leaders. Professional development for colleagues. New experiences for pupils. And a network of people who are willing to share what they know.

Collaboration is how we work.

Some of the strongest expertise in Trinity sits within our schools.

We bring colleagues together across phases, subjects and specialisms to share practice, solve problems and learn from one another. Every school contributes something, making the wider Trust stronger.

Support that stays close to schools.

Our central teams work alongside schools across HR, IT, Marketing & Communications, Governance, Procurement, Estates & Facilities and Finance.

They bring specialist expertise and additional capacity, helping leaders focus more of their time on pupils, people and their communities.

We develop people, not just schools.

Professional learning is part of how we work.

Through Trust-wide INSET, collaboration, professional development and Trinity Institute of Education, colleagues have opportunities to build expertise, develop their practice and progress throughout their careers.

More opportunities for young people.

Being part of Trinity creates opportunities beyond an individual school.

Through enrichment, Trust-wide initiatives and programmes such as Trinity IGNITE, pupils can meet others, explore new experiences and feel part of something wider.

Your school stays your school.

Some things are stronger when we do them together. But every school has its own identity, community and character.

Trinity brings collective strength and support while respecting what already makes each school special.

Stronger through partnership.

Our education team and school leaders work alongside each other to understand what is working, where support can help and how strong practice can be shared.

Every school brings something to the partnership, and every school benefits from it.
