Our Impact
Bringing our impact together
Our vision is simple
To make a positive difference to the lives of as many young people as possible.
That difference can be seen in stronger outcomes, new opportunities, confident young people, developing careers, stronger schools and expertise shared far beyond our own classrooms.
The impact of joining Trinity
When a school joins Trinity, it marks the start of a clear, proven trajectory of improvement. Through tailored support, strong leadership, and an ambitious curriculum, we help schools overcome challenges and unlock their full potential.
Delivering academic impact
High ambitions lead to real classroom achievements. From early literacy through to post-16 study, our shared approach consistently helps students outperform national benchmarks.
Clear destination impact
Learning at Trinity is built on helping young people fulfil their ambitions. In 2025, over 75% of our sixth form leavers went on to university, setting a new record for Trinity Sixth Form Academy. Wherever our young people aim, we ensure they leave ready to excel.
A year of difference.
Every year, our Impact Report brings together the outcomes, achievements and experiences that show how Trinity is making a difference. It captures progress across our schools, opportunities for young people, the development of our people and the growing contribution Trinity makes to the wider education sector.
Impact that goes beyond our Trust
Through our programmes, partnerships and wider organisations, Trinity expertise and opportunity reach far beyond our own schools.
